Dakota Johnson recently shared a humorous yet embarrassing story involving her mother, Melanie Griffith, during a conversation with Vanity Fair<\/em> on YouTube. The Fifty Shades<\/em> actress recounted a memorable encounter with former President Barack Obama following the release of her 2010 film The Social Network<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Johnson explained, \u201cI was with my mom and we were meeting Barack Obama, and it was a huge deal.\u201d The situation took an awkward turn when Griffith introduced her daughter to the president in a rather revealing manner: \u201cOh, Mr. President, this is my daughter. She just did a movie. She\u2019s an actress too. She was in The Social Network<\/em>. She\u2019s in her underwear.\u201d Johnson humorously remarked, \u201cAnd I died. I died inside,\u201d recalling her embarrassment over the introduction.<\/p>\n

In The Social Network<\/em>, Johnson played a character who has a brief encounter with Sean Parker, portrayed by Justin Timberlake. Reflecting on her experience, Johnson, who was just 19 at the time, admitted to having preconceived notions about Timberlake but found him to be \u201clovely and kind.\u201d She also joked about the filming process, sharing that she wasn\u2019t allowed to keep her costume\u2019s \u201cbooty shorts\u201d and that they did so many takes of the scene that she still remembers all the lines nearly 14 years later.<\/p>\n

In addition to this story, Johnson discussed other embarrassing moments caused by her mother. She previously mentioned on The Late Late Show with James Corden<\/em> that Griffith often shares childhood photos of her online without permission. Johnson expressed her annoyance, stating, \u201cI don\u2019t like it\u2026 and somebody will send it to me like, \u2018You were so ugly!\u2019 or \u2018You were so cute when you had braces!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
