The United States\u2019 top general on Monday warned Iran against getting involved in Israel\u2019s conflict with Gaza and said that he do not wish for the conflict to get any broader, as the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah fired salvo of rockets onto northern territory of Israel.<\/p>\n
Earlier on Monday, the White House had stated that Iran was complicit, despite of having no evidence of Iran\u2019s participation in terror attacks in Israel.<\/p>\n
When asked what his message was for Iran, General Charles Q. Brown, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said, \u201cNot to get involved.\u201d<\/p>\n
Israeli shelling on Lebanon killed at least three Hezbollah militants on Monday, and Israel claimed that one his office lost his life during cross border raid claimed by Palestinians in Lebanon.<\/p>\n
The cross-border violence marked a significant expansion of the ongoing conflict in the southern territory to Israeli-Lebanon border further north.<\/p>\n
Back in 2006, Iran-backed Hezbollah and Israel had engaged in a month long brutal war.<\/p>\n
