How to Play Strands<\/h3>\n

In Strands, your goal is to find the \u201ctheme words\u201d hidden within a grid of letters. Here\u2019s how to navigate the game:<\/p>\n

  1. Finding Theme Words<\/strong>: Manipulate the letters by dragging or tapping to craft words. Double-tap the final letter to confirm.<\/li>\n
  2. Highlighting<\/strong>: If you find the correct word, the letters will be highlighted in blue and will no longer be selectable.<\/li>\n
  3. Non-Theme Words<\/strong>: If you find a word that isn\u2019t a theme word but is at least four letters long, it helps too! For every three non-theme words, you\u2019ll receive a hint\u2014one letter from a theme word will be revealed for you to unscramble.<\/li>\n
  4. Spangram<\/strong>: Each puzzle contains one \u201cspangram,\u201d a special theme word that touches two opposite sides of the board and describes the puzzle\u2019s theme. Finding the spangram will highlight it in yellow.<\/li>\n
