Elon Musk secretly sued his ex Grimes over the parental rights of their three children, before she can sue the Tesla founder herself, as per the latest documents released by the court.<\/p>\n
Last month, Musk moved court to file a petition, which has been obtained by Insider, wherein he seeks to become the legal parent of sons X \u00c6 A-Xii, 3, and Tau Techno Mechanicus, 1, and daughter Exa Dark Siderael, 1.<\/p>\n
In his filing, Musk claims to have had \u201cactual care, control, and possession of each child since the birth of each child.\u201d He specifically mentioned that the care has been taken in Texas, where he resides most of the time, or at least for \u201csix consecutive months.\u201d<\/p>\n
He also accused Grimes, whose real name is Claire Boucher, of \u201cattempting to circumvent the jurisdiction\u201d of Texas court by claiming that she is not a resident of the state. However, she has allegedly stayed with Musk and their children in the same home from May to July of this year.<\/p>\n
