The Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texans have released their final injury reports for their Week 1 game at Lucas Oil Stadium.<\/p>\n

Both teams have relatively short injury lists, with only three players between them having injury designations for the season opener.<\/p>\n

The Colts are dealing with a few key injuries. They\u2019ll definitely be missing one starter, and another player\u2019s status is still up in the air. On the other hand, the Texans are mostly healthy, with just one player ruled out.<\/p>\n

    • WR Josh Downs (ankle)<\/strong>: Downs won\u2019t be playing because of a high ankle sprain he suffered during training camp. He hasn\u2019t practiced at all this week, so his absence was expected. While he\u2019s making progress, it\u2019s unlikely he\u2019ll be ready for the game.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Questionable:<\/strong>\n

      • K Matt Gay (hernia)<\/strong>: Gay is listed as questionable after having surgery for a hernia. He hasn\u2019t practiced this week, but the Colts haven\u2019t completely ruled him out yet. There\u2019s a chance he could be downgraded before the game. If he can\u2019t play, the team will rely on undrafted rookie Spencer Shrader.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
