ZipIntro then uses AI algorithms to identify and suggest potential candidates, sending them invitations for the scheduled calls. The introductory sessions facilitated by ZipIntro typically last between 30 minutes and one hour, though individual calls usually take around five minutes. According to ZipRecruiter, employers can expect to receive their first RSVP from candidates within just 20 minutes of posting a job requirement.
