The leaders of NATO member countries \u201cstrongly\u201d condemned North Korea\u2019s exports of artillery shells and ballistic missiles to Russia and voiced \u201cgreat concern\u201d over the two countries\u2019 deepening partnership, Yonhap news agency reported. \u201cWe welcome the adoption of the declaration,\u201d foreign ministry spokesperson Lim Soo-suk said in a press briefing.<\/p>\n
