It\u2019s been over a decade since the last Twilight Saga movie was released, and while many of the fervent \u201cTwihards\u201d have moved on to new stories, there remains a significant number still holding out hope for a reunion special featuring Bella and the rest of the gang.<\/p>\n
Stephenie Meyer doesn\u2019t seem particularly interested in revisiting the franchise. After the 2020 release of *Midnight Sun*, which retold the story from Edward Cullen\u2019s perspective, the Twilight Saga has officially been put on hold. On the live-action front, the fandom has long understood that the main actors, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, didn\u2019t particularly enjoy their time making the movies or their association with the franchise.<\/p>\n
Additionally, considering that Stewart and Pattinson dated for a few years during the making of the films and then split, it\u2019s safe to assume a reunion is unlikely anytime soon.<\/p>\n
This brings us to the question: What is this new *Twilight Saga 6: The New Chapter* teaser that has everyone buzzing on social media? Perhaps it\u2019s best to watch the trailer for yourself first.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately, as you can see, this is a fan-made teaser, creatively mashing together different scenes from the movie series and using AI to alter certain frames. With the rise of AI tools, it\u2019s becoming increasingly difficult to distinguish these fan edits from the real thing. Where it used to take only a few seconds to spot a compilation video, we now have to scrutinize the shots repeatedly to debunk such content\u2014if we can manage it at all.<\/p>\n
Judging by the comments under this video, many fans did fall for it and are now clamoring for another Twilight sequel. \u201cThis isn\u2019t \u2018art,\u2019 this is mean,\u201d wrote one user. \u201cThere are thousands and thousands of us who want this, and they won\u2019t give it to us.\u201d<\/p>\n
