As Senior Director of Product Management for Gemini, the primary line of AI models at Google, Krawczyk has played an important role in guiding the company\u2019s AI efforts.<\/p>\n<p>However, sources say that despite his reduced public profile, Mr. Krawczyk still actively participates in Gemini product development while keeping his official title and responsibilities within the organization.<\/p>\n<p>The current furor started earlier this month when Google unveiled an AI image generator as part of its Gemini release. The tool allowed users to input prompts to generate images, akin to the functionality of text-based services like ChatGPT.<\/p>\n<p>Nonetheless, shortly after its release, users found historical inaccuracies within generated images leading to massive criticism across various social media platforms.
