Actor Jason Momoa revealed he is living on the road following his divorce from Lisa Bonet. \u201cI don\u2019t even have a home right now. I live on the road,\u201d Momoa told Entertainment Tonight Wednesday. The actor explained he\u2019s been working on the docuseries \u201cOn the Roam,\u201d which follows his encounters with artisans, musicians and athletes as he travels across the US, reports pagesix.com.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m always in these weird places,\u201d he said, adding that fans are starstruck when they see him popping up in small towns. \u201cIt happens all the time. They\u2019re like, \u2018What the hell are you doing in our hometown?'\u201d he continued. \u201cI love the idea of just being with everyday people and doing my craft, which is filming, and then showing them. And so, I think through doing that for so long, I got to be curious about it.\u201d<\/p>\n
The new project premieres January 18 on Max. Meanwhile, the \u2018Fast X\u2019 star, 44, revealed his nomad lifestyle will continue for the foreseeable future as he next heads to New Zealand to film \u2018Minecraft\u2019. Momoa settled his divorce with Bonet on Monday shortly after she filed the legal papers. Documents obtained by Page Six stated that the \u2018Dune\u2019 actor and the \u2018Cosby Show\u2019 alum, 56, had reached an agreement about their marital rights and shared property.<\/p>\n
As per the filing, Bonet requested joint physical and legal custody of their two children: Lola, 16, and Nakoa-Wolf, 15. The former couple\u2019s divorce was listed as \u201cuncontested,\u201d meaning neither intends to fight in court. Momoa and Bonet were separated for two years before the actress decided to make their split official. \u201cWe share our Family news that we are parting ways in marriage,\u201d they announced in a joint statement on Instagram in January 2022.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe share this not because we think it\u2019s newsworthy but so that as we go about our lives we may do so with dignity and honesty.\u201d The now-exes started dating in 2005 before getting hitched in a secret ceremony in October 2017. Bonet was previously married to Lenny Kravitz with whom she shares daughter Zoe Kravitz from 1987 to 1993.
