The decision by the board came after the leader posted a video wherein he had threatened to \u201csend gangsters\u201d to his opponents home, \u201cbeat\u201d them up, and \u201carrest traitor with sufficient evidence at midnight.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The news of board\u2019s recommendation marked it the first time to ban an account of a head of the government.
