While ruling out the verdict, she cited Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which allows bans from office for those who have \u201cengaged in insurrection.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The statement comes after a group of residents, including bipartisan group of former lawmakers, challenged Trump\u2019s position on the ballot.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of \u2018Swatting\u2019, it is when someone calls the police under false pretext to trigger a law enforcement response.<\/p>\n<p>Some swatting calls have also been made in the past, wherein the victims ended up being dead.
