Meanwhile, Derek kept things cozy in a gray sweater. In the caption, she also wrote, \u201cHold your loved ones close and treasure every moment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Derek\u2019s sister Julianne Hough commented on their post by calling them a \u201cChristmas miracle.\u201d Others who commented included Alfonso Ribeiro and Carrie Ann Inaba.<\/p>\n<p>The Christmas post marks it the first time of Hayley on social media post suffering a cranial hematoma earlier this month.
