The FBI and Denver police have been investigating into the safety of the Supreme Court justices who ruled last night that Donald Trump could not appear on ballot in the state for the presidential elections in 2024.<\/p>\n
A Denver Police Department spokesperson revealed that the patrol officers are making extra rounds around the residences around the justices home in the city, following the threats received by them for invoking the 14th Amendment insurrection clause, which linked the former president to the riots on January 6 at the Capitol.<\/p>\n
Analysis by nonpartisan research nonprofit Advance Democracy showed \u201csignificant violent rhetoric\u201d from Trump supporters online against justices and Democrats following majority ruling, as per NBC News.<\/p>\n
As reported by CNN, the posts online have demanded the personal information regarding the justices. One of the far right supporters appeared on pro-Trump website and wrote, \u201cAll f\u2013king robed rats must f\u2013king hang.\u201d<\/p>\n
