Kanye West is trying to offload his beachfront property in California for $4 million less than what he paid for, after allegedly attempting to transform the home into bomb shelter.<\/p>\n
\u2018Selling Sunset\u2019 star Jason Oppenheim listed the Malibu mansion for $53 million, after the rapper had initially paid $57 million for the property, two years ago, as per the reports by PEOPLE.<\/p>\n
The Oppenheim Group co-founder told the website that the asking price includes the cost of installing new finishes and removing the house\u2019s interiors.<\/p>\n
The mansion\u2019s Malibu Road location is \u201cone of the most desirable areas in the world\u201d as per Oppenheim, who wished to have a listing with such architectural pedigree.<\/p>\n
He described the rapper\u2019s abode, designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando, as a \u201cunique home for a unique and discerning buyer.\u201d<\/p>\n
Speaking of the construction, the interior space is roughly of 4,000 square feet with the outdoor living areas being 1,500 square feet.
