Sen. Ben Cardin said Capitol police are investigating the reports which linked one of his former aides to a sex tape that was allegedly filmed in a Capitol Hill hearing room.<\/p>\n
In a conversation with the reporters, the Maryland Democrat said that he was \u201cangry\u201d and \u201cdisappointed\u201d by the incident.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s a tragic situation, and it\u2019s presented a lot of anger and frustration. I\u2019m concerned about our staff and the way that they feel about this,\u201d said Cardin. \u201cIt\u2019s a breach of trust.\u201d<\/p>\n
Capitol Police said they were aware of the incident and are \u201clooking into\u201d it.<\/p>\n
A footage published by Daily Caller on Friday allegedly showed two men having sex in a Senate hearing room. The identity of the individuals involved and the authenticity of the video is not yet confirmed by Business Upturn.<\/p>\n
