{"id":17452,"date":"2023-12-17T16:15:16","date_gmt":"2023-12-17T21:15:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/usa.businessupturn.com\/?p=17452"},"modified":"2023-12-17T16:15:16","modified_gmt":"2023-12-17T21:15:16","slug":"nissan-to-export-china-manufactured-evs-to-global-markets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.businessupturn.com\/usa\/nissan-to-export-china-manufactured-evs-to-global-markets\/17452\/","title":{"rendered":"Nissan to export China-manufactured EVs to global markets"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nissan Motor on Sunday said that it plans to sell electric vehicles developed in China globally as it has struck a deal with the country\u2019s top university to leverage local resources to accelerate research and development on electrification.<\/p>\n<p>The Japanese automaker is considering exporting the line-up of existing internal combustion engine vehicles and upcoming pure electric and plug-in hybrid cars manufactured and developed in China to overseas markets, said vice president of Nissan Motor and president of Nissan China, Masashi Matsuyama, in a conversation with reporters in Beijing.<\/p>\n<p>Nissan is planning onto targeting the same markets as Chinese rivals such as BYD, he added.<\/p>\n<p>The company is latest on the list of foreign brands expanding their exports, of China-made cars, which includes Tesla, BMW, and Ford.
