The joint venture in the question includes Halls & Oates trademarks, record royalty incomes, website and social media assets, personal name and likeness rights, as per the declaration.<\/p>\n<p>A judge has issued a temporary restraining order blocking the sale of Oates\u2019 stake in Whole Oats Enterprise LLP to Primary Wave IP Investment Management LLC.
