Israel issued a fresh warning to the Palestinians in the southern city of Khan Younis and has asked them to move away from the line of fire, and towards the humanitarian aid, as they prepare to fight the Hamas in South Gaza after subduing the north.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re asking people to relocate. I know it\u2019s not easy for many of them, but we don\u2019t want to see civilians caught up in the crossfire,\u201d stated Mark Regev, an aide to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as reported by MSNBC on Friday.<\/p>\n
Such a move by Israel could compel the hundreds of thousands of Palestinians to move again, as they have arrived from the northern territory, along with the residents of the Khan Younis, where roughly 400,000 resides, worsening a dire humanitarian crisis.<\/p>\n
Israel has vowed to demolish the Hamas militant group, that carried out the attack on October 7, which killed 1,200 Israelis and abducted 240 hostages with them to Gaza. The country has made it clear that it won\u2019t stop counterattack until all 240 hostages, held by Hamas, has freed.<\/p>\n
