          The premise of the series will continue to follow Laios, Marcille, Chilchuck, Senshi (and Izutsumi), among others, as they navigate through the dungeon while cooking and eating the monsters in order to survive; all while continuing to blend comedy, adventure, and foodie elements with progressively darker fantasy elements. Season 2 is expected to last about 12-24 episodes, but it will still not complete the original story since there are still ~7 major arcs to cover from the manga.<\/p>\n

          Overall, the series is an excellent combination of Dungeons and Dragons-style exploration, cooking, and ecological living with monsters, group dynamics, and emotional depth.<\/p>\n
