Paramount\u2019s \u201cTulsa King,\u201d starring Sylvester Stallone, has captured the attention of fans around the world since it was released in November 2023 and continues to be spotlighted as one of the most anticipated dramas on television today, particularly with its focus on the underbelly of the mob through the charismatic lead character, Dwight \u201cThe General\u201d Manfredi. With filming happening throughout the rest of 2025 in anticipation of a fourth season, which is expected to focus on even more backstabbing among Friends and frenemies, forging new relationships while also getting back to the badass action sequences of season two. Writer\/executive producer Terence Winter returns as the sole writer for \u201cTulsa King.\u201d The creation of \u201cTulsa King\u201d will also expand into the Taylor Sheridan universe with an NOLA King spinoff later down the road.<\/p>\n
The renewal of Season 4 of Tulsa King has officially happened<\/strong>! The crime series starring actor Sylvester Stallone as Dwight, affectionately dubbed \u201cThe General,\u201d was renewed for a fourth season<\/strong> and is currently in production as of late 2025.<\/p>\n As for a premiere date, there is no scheduled date yet for season 4<\/strong> to be released.<\/p>\n The majority of sources speculate that Fall 2026<\/strong> appears to be the most likely timeline for the return of Tulsa King. Some fans have provided speculative\/unverified conjectures about dates of September 27<\/strong> or November 22, 2026<\/strong>; unfortunately, those dates have not been provided by Paramount+<\/strong>. Based on production beginning in late 2025 (approximately November 2025, based on post information from Stallone), timing for an expected premiere in 2026 closely represents the time frames of previous seasons.<\/p>\n \u2013 Confirming Sylvester Stallone<\/strong> will reprise his lead role as Dwight Manfredi for another season.<\/p>\n \u2013 Other cast members from previous seasons will probably be back, but further information about which cast members will return has not been shared widely yet, except for Stallone.<\/p>\n \u2013 The most significant new cast addition is that Gretchen Mol<\/strong> will join the cast as a regular on the series, playing the character of Amanda Clark, a politician in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a reunion for Mol and Terence Winter, Executive Producer and Head Writer of the series.<\/p>\n There have also been some behind-the-scenes changes, including a large amount of crew turnover (around 26 crew members were replaced before shooting began, including Stallone\u2019s long-time stunt double), but this does not seem to have made any significant impact on the cast who will appear on screen.<\/p>\n As previously stated, the Executive Producer and Head Writer\/Showrunner for Season 4 of The City of Oklahoma is once again Terence Winter (known from Sopranos and Boardwalk Empire), replacing Dave Erickson (the Executive Producer\/Head Writer, who was involved for season 3)<\/p>\n The upcoming season (or \u201cseason\u201d) of the series will continue from the cliff-hanger ending of the show\u2019s third season finale, airing November 23, 2025, which found Dwight facing increased threats and dangers to his crew due to the expansion of Dwight\u2019s crime empire. Like previous seasons, season four promises to offer an aggressive crime drama, mixed with elements of organized crime intrigue, and the usual elevated levels of masculinity displayed by the show\u2019s lead actor, Sylvester Stallone, as he manages alliances and betrayals and grows his organization\u2019s presence in Tulsa.<\/p>\n This series has become part of Taylor Sheridan\u2019s growing universe (similar to Yellowstone) and recently Paramount+, the parent company of the show, has green-lighted a new series that will act as a spinoff of the original series, called NOLA King<\/strong> will feature Samuel L. Jackson and take place in New Orleans, but it\u2019s not connected to the main illegal activity of the original series, as it has its own separate story.<\/p>\n In the meantime, fans of the first three seasons can stream them on Paramount+ while waiting for further information on the season premiere date, as well as first-look previews of the upcoming season once Paramount+ posts such updates.
