Europe\u2019s security debate just took a dramatic turn.<\/p>\n

France is now considering expanding its nuclear deterrence footprint across Europe. President Emmanuel Macron has outlined a new \u201cforward deterrence\u201d strategy that could allow French nuclear assets to be deployed abroad for the first time.<\/p>\n
