Keke Palmer is seeking police protection against her ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson, accusing him of physical and emotional abuse.<\/p>\n
The actress has filed for a temporary restraining order in Los Angeles on Thursday in conjunction with requesting sole legal and physical custody of their 8-month-old son, Leodis \u201cLeo\u201d.<\/p>\n
As per the reports of Page Six, the court documents alleged that there were \u201cmany instances of physical violence\u201d with Jackson, which included \u201cdestroying [her] personal property,\u201d \u201cthrowing [her] car keys to prevent [her] from driving,\u201d \u201chitting [her] in front [their] son,\u201d \u201cthreatening to kill himself with a gun if [she] left him,\u201d \u201cthrowing [her] belongings into the street,\u201d \u201cspewing profanities about [her] to [their] son,\u201d \u201charassment,\u201d and \u201cother physical and emotional abuse.\u201d<\/p>\n
The pair were together for two months before calling it quits last month. The \u2018Nope\u2019 star claims to have security footage from as recently as November 5, which allegedly shows the college athlete-turned- fitness trainer trespassing into her home without her knowledge or consent.<\/p>\n
