The ocean technology and shipping company nearly doubled its annual revenue to $214.4 million, up 98% from $108.2 million in 2024. Most of the revenue came from ocean freight, which grew 103% to $214.0 million.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"742\">The growth was driven by expansion in coal transportation, especially on routes between Australia-Asia and Indonesia-Southeast Asia. Total voyage days more than doubled from 3,496 to 7,470, reflecting more ships in operation and higher customer demand.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"744\" data-end=\"1008\">Despite the revenue surge, the company posted a net loss of $20.1 million, slightly better than the $21.2 million loss in 2024. The loss was mostly due to non-cash expenses, especially $21.9 million in share-based compensation versus $1.2 million the prior year.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1185\">High Trend\u2019s operating cash flow turned positive at $4.6 million, up from negative $3.3 million in 2024. Cash on hand rose to $10.1 million from $6.9 million a year earlier.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1415\">\u201cOur fiscal 2025 results clearly show that High Trend has successfully scaled its shipping business, nearly doubling revenue while strengthening our cash position and book value per share,\u201d said Chairman Christopher Nixon Cox.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>High Trend International\u2019s stock rose 6.6% in after-hours trading Friday after the company reported strong fiscal 2025 results.
