Darlington reported that interim GM Champ Kelly met with the team on Wednesday. The other three candidates flew into South Florida for in person interviews on Thursday.<\/p>\n
Those candidates are Chad Alexander, Josh Williams, and Jon Eric Sullivan.<\/p>\n
With all interviews happening within a tight window, the plan is to make a final call by Friday. That is one day before the playoffs kick off.<\/p>\n
All four candidates are being taken seriously. Williams and Sullivan are both well regarded league wide. Kelly brings familiarity and continuity from inside the building.<\/p>\n
Still, Chad Alexander stands out to many. He has a known connection to John Harbaugh, who was recently fired by the Ravens. That link could matter.<\/p>\n
