Recently, she ended her on-again, off-again relationship with Paul Soliz, a 37-year-old man with a criminal past, whom she had been seeing since 2023. The couple reportedly broke up around Valentine’s Day this year, and sources close to Britney say that this time, the split might be permanent. Soliz has already moved out of Britney’s home.
In her Instagram post, Britney took aim at “fake” friends who she believes used to be close to her but are now jealous. She explained that some people mocked her hair and appearance, even though she thought her hair looked beautiful. She also mentioned that she’s been feeling sick with a cold, which has affected her voice, and clarified why she sounded like she had a British accent in a recent video.
A few days earlier, Britney sparked concern after posting a video where she showed chipped nails and spoke in a childlike voice. This led to a lot of criticism online, with some fans speculating about her mental health.
Despite the negative comments, Britney defended herself, saying, “I feel sorry for you guys,” in response to the harsh remarks about her looks. She added that some people will go to great lengths to stop her from living her life. Britney also shared that she hasn’t been able to visit Mexico for months because she’s “been held back” and emphasized that traveling is crucial for her well-being.
Over the weekend, Britney mentioned that she had been seriously sick but is starting to feel better. She ended her message with a plea for kindness, saying, “Hopefully we can all be kind to one another.” This breakup with Soliz adds to a list of tough moments in Britney’s life, including an incident last year when she was seen barefoot outside the Chateau Marmont hotel following a fight with him. Some of her friends have expressed concerns about Soliz, calling him a bad influence on her. This latest breakup also comes after her divorce from Sam Asghari was finalized in May 2024.
