Big Brother 2025 has finally reached its end and one housemate has taken home the top spot.
Six people made it to the final. Cameron, Elsa, Emily, Jenny, Richard and Tate all hoped to win the title and the huge cash prize of one hundred thousand pounds. Tate was the first to leave the final. Emily went next and then Cameron. Jenny came in third which left Elsa and Richard as the last two standing.
So, who won Big Brother 2025?
In the end, Richard was announced as the winner of Big Brother 2025.
This season marks the third Big Brother series on ITV since the show returned in 2023. The reboot has been a big success with more than one hundred and fifty million streams on ITVX.
Richard now becomes part of the list of ITV Big Brother champions. Ali Bromley won last year and Jordan Sangha won the first season of the reboot in 2023. The celebrity versions have also been popular. TV star David Potts won in 2024 and actor Jack P Shepherd took the crown earlier this year.
The road to the final was full of drama. Early in the season, George Gilbert was removed from the house because of repeated unacceptable behaviour and language. The show also pulled off one of its biggest twists by staging a fake elimination and bringing back two former housemates. Later, fans were shocked when Zeelah who was a viewer favourite was voted out after not receiving enough public support.
After that moment, Richard became the clear favourite to win. Many viewers loved his funny diary room rant after his rival Caroline was evicted. The two had clashed for most of the six weeks they spent in the house.
ITV has not confirmed yet if Big Brother or Celebrity Big Brother will return in 2026.
All episodes of Big Brother are available to watch on ITVX.
