The 2024 White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) Dinner, held on April 27, 2024, at the Washington Hilton Hotel, was attended by numerous A-list celebrities and notable figures. Hosted by SNL comedian Colin Jost, the event featured a star-studded guest list.
Among the attendees were Molly Ringwald, Chris Pine, Lynda Carter, Scarlett Johansson, Keri Russell, and Savannah Guthrie. Additionally, actress and director Fran Drescher, along with Rosario Dawson, Wilson Cruz, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Sonequa Martin-Green, Peter George Heermann Neal, Naomi Biden, and Sophia Bush, graced the event with their presence.

Colin Jost’s hosting duties included delivering a blend of political anecdotes, media jokes, and wisecracks about President Joe Biden’s age. Despite facing a demanding crowd of journalists and politicians, Jost managed to win them over with his humorous remarks, particularly when he shared a personal anecdote about his 95-year-old grandfather, a lifelong Democrat, voting for Biden in the 2020 presidential election despite living in a Republican-leaning area of Staten Island, New York.
