October 31, 2025, brought mixed emotions for K-pop fans. Boy group TOZ officially announced their disbandment through a heartfelt statement shared on social media. The group’s label, YY Entertainment, confirmed that all four members, Anthonny, Hart, Yuto, and Takuto, had agreed to end their group activities after long discussions about their future.
TOZ first came together after Boys Planet, the reality show that formed ZEROBASEONE. The four members, who didn’t make it to the final lineup, decided to stay together as a separate team and debuted under YY Entertainment. Over the years, they built a small but loyal fanbase with their charm and talent, making the news of their disbandment especially emotional for fans who had followed them from the start.
In the official statement, YY Entertainment expressed deep gratitude toward both the members and their fans, saying they were thankful for the group’s passion and hard work. They also apologized for the sudden news and asked everyone to continue supporting the members as they each move forward in new directions.
Meanwhile, another beloved boy group, OnlyOneOf, also made headlines, but for a different reason. The group and their agency, 8D Entertainment, announced that their contract had officially come to an end. The statement from 8D Entertainment thanked fans for their unwavering love and support over the years, saying that the group’s activities “as a team” had concluded.
This wording sparked concern among fans, who feared that OnlyOneOf might also be disbanding. However, member Mill quickly reassured fans that the group wasn’t breaking up and that they still planned to continue together in some way.
OnlyOneOf, which originally debuted in 2019, has built a strong reputation for their artistic concepts and bold storytelling. Over the years, they’ve faced lineup changes — with Love leaving in 2021 and KB going independent in August 2025. The remaining members Rie, Yoojung, Junji, Mill, and Nine are expected to continue their journey, though KB’s role in the group’s future is still uncertain.
For fans, the day brought both sadness and hope, a goodbye to TOZ and cautious optimism for the next chapter of OnlyOneOf.
