Tom Holland is gearing up for an exciting stretch in 2026 with two major projects: Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Holland described his experience on The Odyssey as “exciting” and unlike anything audiences have seen before. He praised Nolan and producer Emma Thomas for their visionary approach, calling the director a true collaborator who knows exactly what he wants. Holland also lauded the script, calling it the “best” he’s ever read and referring to the opportunity as “the phone call of a lifetime,” likening it to the moment he was first cast as Spider-Man. He emphasized that working with Nolan and the rest of the cast was a uniquely rewarding experience.
With The Odyssey wrapped, Holland is now fully dedicated to preparing for the next Spider-Man installment. He revealed that he’s concentrating on mastering the superhero’s tricks and stunts, ensuring that his portrayal lives up to fan expectations.
The Odyssey is set to release on July 17, 2026, followed by Spider-Man: Brand New Day on July 31, 2026, giving fans a back-to-back summer of Holland’s performances in both a high-concept Nolan epic and the thrilling Spider-Man saga.
