What if we told you Tom Cruise might soon share the screen with Michael B. Jordan? The Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning star recently talked about the possibility, showing admiration for Jordan and praising his work in the film Sinners.
Fans of Tom Cruise know he’s always looking out for fresh talent, and it seems Michael B. Jordan has caught his eye. At the New York City premiere on May 18, Cruise called meeting Jordan at the London premiere a “wonderful” experience.
Cruise has even praised Jordan and director Ryan Coogler on Instagram, writing, “Congratulations Ryan, Michael, and to the entire cast and crew. Must see in a cinema and stay through the end credits!”
During an interview with Extra at the New York premiere, Cruise said he’s a huge fan of what Jordan and Coogler created together. He called Sinners a great movie and encouraged all his fans to watch it.
“He’s enormously talented, very charismatic, a great actor. I look forward to… I’d love to make a movie with him,” Cruise said.
The two actors were spotted hugging and taking photos together on the Mission: Impossible red carpet in London.
Directed by Coogler, Sinners also stars Hailee Steinfeld, Jack O’Connell, and others. Coogler and Jordan previously teamed up for Marvel’s Black Panther films.
