Social media influencer HSTikkyTokky, whose real name is Harrison Sullivan, has been arrested in Marbella, Spain, after allegedly attacking a man during a nightclub fight. According to reports, the 24-year-old slashed the victim’s neck with a glass, leaving him with a torn jugular artery that required emergency surgery.
Spanish police said the incident happened on August 26 inside a Marbella nightclub after an argument broke out between Sullivan and another man. The attack reportedly caused “extremely serious injuries”, with the glass cutting close to the victim’s left jugular vein. Police confirmed the man survived after undergoing immediate medical treatment.
Sullivan, who is well-known online for his fitness and lifestyle videos, had been on the run for nearly a year. In 2024, he crashed his $300,000 McLaren and fled to Dubai, avoiding charges in the UK. He was later extradited back to Britain in October, where he pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and driving without insurance. His sentencing for those charges is scheduled for November 14.
Spanish authorities revealed that what ultimately led them to Sullivan was his own social media activity. Despite not having a valid driver’s license, he had been posting videos of himself driving around Marbella, which helped investigators locate and arrest him.
Police added that Sullivan was already the subject of an international arrest warrant issued by UK officials. He is now facing serious charges in Spain for the alleged nightclub assault, in addition to his pending sentencing in the UK.
The shocking incident has drawn widespread attention online, with fans reacting to how quickly the influencer’s flashy lifestyle spiraled into a series of legal troubles.
