In the latest episode, things kicked off at the GCAC where Nick met up with Phyllis for a heart-to-heart. The two talked about Summer, who’s currently in Milan, and then the conversation took a more emotional turn. Phyllis began to open up about how things have been weighing on her—especially her strained relationships with Daniel and Billy. You could really feel her sadness creeping through.

She confessed that lately, she’s been struggling to find a reason to even get out of bed in the morning. Quietly, she mentioned she’s waiting to hear back from Damian Dumas about a possible business opportunity—something she’s clinging to for hope. Nick, ever the good guy, asked why she didn’t just come to him for help. But Phyllis gently explained that she didn’t want money to get in the way of their friendship. She wanted to keep things simple and honest between them.

As they kept talking, she broke down completely, telling Nick that she feels like she’s drowning in everything. Nick comforted her, wrapped her in a hug, and told her the worst is behind her now. It was a tender moment, showing how much these two still care for each other, even if they’re not together.

Meanwhile, over at the Newman Ranch, Claire sat down with Victoria and Nikki and shared a big update—she and Kyle have decided not to move in together just yet. Nikki suggested that slowing things down might be a good idea, especially if they want to stay in Victor’s good graces. But Victoria didn’t love that take—she seemed frustrated by Nikki always trying to cater to Victor’s expectations.

Claire admitted that maybe she had been rushing into things, but her heart’s still set on building a future with Kyle. Nikki, to her credit, offered support and understanding. To win Victor over, Claire decided to throw a party—a grand gesture to show she’s serious and thoughtful.

At Crimson Lights, things got spicy between Kyle and Audra. The two exchanged barbs, with Audra teasing that her company is working on a groundbreaking new product that’s going to shake up the whole industry. Kyle wasn’t impressed—he dismissed it as typical Audra hype. But Audra was glowing with confidence, hinting that her project is about to explode in a big way.

Back at Jabot, Diane showed off a new lipstick prototype with a built-in mirror—practical and chic. Kyle thought it was genius and updated Diane and Jack on his recent confrontation with Audra. Everyone started suspecting that Victor might be backing Audra’s company, and Diane advised Kyle to stay focused on their work instead of chasing drama.

Later, Claire met up with Kyle to pitch her party idea. Kyle was on board but also revealed he had his own little mission in mind—he planned to stir things up with Audra again and try to fish out more details about her secret product. Claire didn’t love that plan. She got visibly uneasy, worried it might be sneaky or manipulative. Kyle reassured her that he wasn’t doing anything underhanded and asked her to trust him.
