Jackson Wang from GOT7 has been admitted to a hospital abroad after falling sick with food poisoning. The singer and rapper had to cancel his fan event because of the emergency. The incident happened on August 15, 2025, when he was rushed to the hospital just after midnight. Doctors have asked him to rest so he can recover properly.

Jackson’s agency, Team Wang Records, shared an official update about his health. They confirmed the cancellation of the Music Korea fan signing event. The team also apologized to fans for the sudden change and promised to reschedule the event later. People who bought tickets will get their money back.

Jackson has a busy schedule ahead. He is set to start his new world tour, Magic Man 2, in October 2025. The tour will open in Bangkok, Thailand, with two shows on October 3 and 4.

His latest album, Magic Man 2, came out on July 18, 2025. It includes eleven tracks and shows a more experimental side of his music. Fans also got to see the music video for Made Me a Man, one of the new songs. This album is the follow-up to his 2022 project Magic Man. It was supposed to come out earlier but got delayed a few times before finally being released in 2025.
