Kim Kardashian is stepping into a bold new role—as a fierce divorce lawyer—in the upcoming Hulu drama series All’s Fair. And she’s not alone. She’s teaming up with a powerhouse cast that includes Niecy Nash, Sarah Paulson, and Teyana Taylor, as they go head-to-head with lying, cheating husbands.

The show, created by Ryan Murphy, also features some Hollywood royalty—Oscar-winners Glenn Close and Naomi Watts are joining the cast, and even Jessica Simpson is making a cameo. Hulu just dropped the first trailer, and it’s packed with fire and female power.

In the preview, Kim plays Allura Grant, a sharp-tongued attorney who’s not afraid to take charge. The trailer kicks off with her asking a nervous client, played by Elizabeth Berkley, to share her story. When the woman says, “Sorry, it’s a lot,” Naomi Watts’ character quickly cuts in with, “No, no—we don’t meet with sorry people.” That pretty much sets the tone.

Later in the trailer, Glenn Close delivers a dramatic line to Kim’s character: “Get mad, get hot, get revenge!” The next moment shows Allura (Kim) confidently slamming a cheating husband in a meeting room, before strutting out with her fellow attorneys like a total boss.

What’s the show about? The official storyline says a group of ambitious, no-nonsense female lawyers break away from a male-dominated law firm to launch their own powerful legal empire. So yes, expect drama, sass, and courtroom showdowns.

But not everyone is thrilled with Kim K’s casting.

After the trailer dropped, the internet lit up with mixed reactions. Some fans are here for it, but others are confused—or downright upset. One person tweeted, “In what world is Naomi Watts playing second fiddle in this hot mess?” Another wrote, “Kim Kardashian sharing screen time with legendary actors and somehow having the lead role? That’s just not right.”

Whether you’re hyped or horrified, one thing’s for sure—All’s Fair is already stirring up buzz. The series is set to premiere on Hulu in fall 2025.
