Fitbit’s daily readiness score now free for all users
Fitbit is now offering its previously Premium-exclusive daily readiness score for free to all users. The feature, which evaluates physiological data such as heart rate and sleep patterns, helps users determine whether they should exercise or rest. Fitbit has also removed the activity factor from the score calculation, improving its accuracy for recovery-based metrics.
