Super Junior D and E performed in India for the very first time at the K Town Festival in Mumbai on November 1. Fans had been waiting for years and the moment they came on stage, the whole place lit up. They were the last performers of the night and they gave everything they had. Their energy showed how strong their bond is after almost fourteen years of performing together. Before the show, they spoke with us in a fun little chemistry challenge and shared how thankful they are for their Indian fans. They also said they hope to visit the country more often.
Donghae shared a warm message for all Indian ELFs. He said they reached India only a day earlier. They had a stop in Bangkok and while traveling he kept thinking about how excited he was to finally come here. He said he always wondered how many ELFs lived in India and wanted to sing for them and show them his performance. He felt this was the perfect chance. He said that if fans keep supporting them and recommending them, they will come again whenever possible. He also said that meeting fans many times and sharing their music is something they truly want. He even mentioned that he would love to act in an Indian film one day.
Eunhyuk said they were both very curious about India because they had never visited before. He wondered how Indian fans would react to their songs and how they would cheer. He shared that this time only the two of them came, but they will return home and tell the other members about their experience. He said they hope to bring the whole group next time. He also apologized for taking so long to perform in front of Indian fans, but he was very happy to finally be with them. Both members thanked ELFs for their support and said they hope to meet more often in the future.
After fourteen years together, their connection is still strong and it seems like they have many more years ahead of them.
