Nikola, a battery and hydrogen fuel cell-powered truck maker company on Wednesday announced that the company and its subsidiaries have filed for a Chapter 11 bankruptcy, resulting in the negative movement of the stock. 

On February 21 at 7:59 PM GMT-5, the stock traded within a range, reaching a high of 0.49 USD and a low of 0.38 USD during the session. It opened at 0.44 USD, indicating early strength, but selling pressure quickly pushed it lower.

 In after-hours trading, the stock slipped further by 0.014 USD (3.63%), bringing its price to 0.37 USD, reflecting continued investor caution. Having a market capitalization of 3.21Cr, Nikola remains a small player in the EV industry.
