Stock market today: S&P 500 sees slight rise of 0.24% while DJI dipped by 0.05% in early trading

As of 9:36 am EST today, the major stock indices reflected a varied performance. Here’s a breakdown of the top indices in the early trading session.

The S&P 500 Index rose slightly to 6,047.15 points, marking a 0.24% increase. Conversely, the Dow Jones Industrial Average Index dipped marginally, slipping by 0.05% to 44,760.47 USD.

The NASDAQ Composite Index, however, followed the upward trend of its tech-heavy counterpart, advancing by 0.97% to settle at 19,403.95 USD.The NYSE Composite Index also edged higher, posting a 0.14% increase to stand at 20,242.50 USD.
