 PepGen Inc. recorded a 169.29% gain, reaching $3.69, and a market cap of $44.66 million, the stock surged as the company released its fourth-quarter earnings. However, Target Hospitality Corp. saw a 50.59% decline, with shares priced at $4.63, and a market valuation of $926.09 million, this decline came after the company announced that the U.S. government is terminating its services agreement. 

In the technology services sector,  Resolute Holdings Management rose 145.08%, trading at $63.72, though its market cap remains undisclosed. Meanwhile, Connexa Sports Technologies Inc. climbed 118.72%, reaching $1.40, with a market capitalization of $9.32 million. This surge came after the company signed a deal withTikTok to create and sell content in the Middle East and North Africa region. 

Finally, ReTo Eco-Solutions, Inc. jumped 133.41%, trading at $0.9474, though its latest market cap is yet to be confirmed.
