Stock market news: NASDAQ 100 and DJIA both gained around 0.28% and 0.36% simultaneously as Fed keeps interest rates unchanged

As of 12:08 PM EST today, major U.S. stock indices have recorded positive movements during the mid day trading session. Investors are still waiting for the fourth-quarter GDP report as they are expecting a dip of 2.5% in annual rate determining economic growth. 

 The S&P 500 stands at 6,057.98 USD, showing a modest increase of 0.31%. Similarly, the NASDAQ 100 Index has risen to 21,470.54 USD, up by 0.28%

The Dow Jones Industrial Average Index has also advanced, reaching 44,875.07 USD, reflecting a gain of 0.36%. Lastly, the NASDAQ Composite Index remains steady, at 19,640.72 USD, up by a slight 0.04%.

Overall Wall Street has showcased positive signals on Thursday as the Federal Reserve has kept the interest rates unchanged between the range of 4.25% to 4.50%, adding to market optimism.
