Squid Game 3 has made a powerful debut, immediately claiming the No. 1 spot on the buzzworthy drama list for the week of June 30 to July 6, according to the Good Data Corporation. The new season pushed Netflix’s Our Unwritten Seoul down to second place, marking a strong start for the much-anticipated continuation of the global phenomenon.

In the actor category, GOOD BOY’s Park Bo Gum remained in the top spot for a fifth consecutive week, further proving his massive popularity. His co-star, Kim So Hyun, also appeared in the rankings at No. 7, contributing to the drama’s continued buzz. Despite ranking third on the drama list, GOOD BOY continues to generate strong attention.

Actors from the top two dramas also featured prominently on the list. Squid Game 3’s Lee Jung Jae and Jo Yuri debuted at No. 4 and No. 10, respectively. Meanwhile, Our Unwritten Seoul leads Park Bo Young and Park Jinyoung placed second and third.

Two other dramas rounded out the top five—Head Over Heels and Our Movie. Choo Young Woo and Cho Yi Hyun, leads of Head Over Heels, landed at No. 5 and 6 on the actor list. Our Movie stars Jeon Yeo Been and Namkoong Min took the 8th and 9th positions, respectively.

Other notable series generating interest this week include Oh My Ghost Clients, The First Night with the Duke, For Eagle Brothers, Salon de Holmes, and Mercy for None. In contrast, recently concluded dramas such as The Haunted Palace, Heavenly Ever After, Second Shot at Love, and Tastefully Yours have now fallen out of both the drama and actor buzz rankings.
