With Premium subscriptions starting at $5.99 per month for students and $11.99 for individuals, more listeners can now enjoy the tailored music experience provided by the AI Playlist.

Subscribers can utilize the AI playlist builder by launching the mobile app and selecting the “+” button located in the upper right corner of their Spotify library. By selecting “AI Playlist” from the drop-down menu, users will open a chat box where they can describe the type of playlist they wish to create. Whether it’s “spooky songs to play during Halloween” or “soothing folk music for a chill bath time,” the AI Playlist feature offers suggested prompts to help guide users. The AI-generated playlists consist of 30 songs, and users can refine their selections further with additional prompts.
