On September 28, YG PLUS announced some exciting news: pre-orders for SEVENTEEN’s 12th mini album, SPILL THE FEELS, have surpassed an astonishing 3,088,395 copies as of September 27. This highly anticipated album is set to drop on October 14, just five months after the release of their best album, 17 IS RIGHT HERE, in April. Fans can look forward to SPILL THE FEELS being available in three different versions, with pre-orders kicking off on September 13.
Remarkably, SEVENTEEN hit the impressive milestone of over 3 million pre-orders just two weeks after they began, and there’s still another two weeks to go until the album’s release at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST) on October 14. Following the success of their best album, SPILL THE FEELS is on track to become another triple million seller for the group.
However, there’s a bittersweet aspect to this comeback. PLEDIS Entertainment recently announced that member Jeonghan will begin his mandatory military service on October 26, meaning he will be absent from the group’s promotional activities and the ongoing SEVENTEEN RIGHT HERE world tour.
In a heartfelt message to fans on SEVENTEEN’s Weverse, Jeonghan reassured them of his gratitude and positivity: “CARATs, it’s Jeonghan,” he wrote, sharing his warmth. He expressed, “I will not forget how grateful I am for the abundant love that CARATs always send me. For now, I’ll be cheering on the members’ activities alongside you all. I’ll eat well, sleep well, and take care of myself, so don’t worry. Stay healthy too, and I’ll see you again. I’ll be back! Hanihae.” His words struck a chord, highlighting the strong bond he shares with his fans.
Additionally, Jun will also be absent from promotions due to his acting commitments in China. Nevertheless, both Jeonghan and Jun have made significant contributions to the mini album, ensuring their presence will still be felt in this new release.
The physical edition of SPILL THE FEELS will come in six different versions: Ver.0, Ver.1, Ver.2, two KiT versions (Ver.1 and Ver.2), the Carat Version, and the Weverse album. According to Xportsnews, the band has already finished filming the music video for the album’s title track, with all thirteen members participating.
As they prepare for the release of SPILL THE FEELS, SEVENTEEN is also gearing up for their 4th world tour, SEVENTEEN RIGHT HERE, promising unforgettable performances across Korea, the U.S., Japan, Thailand, and more. Fans are eagerly awaiting both the new music and the chance to see the group live on tour!
