Selena Gomez and fiancé Benny Blanco are serving up more than just chart-topping love songs — they’re also giving major couple goals at the dinner table.
On Sunday, April 20, the duo joined friends and family for a joyful and laid-back Passover Seder, showing that spirituality, tradition, and good vibes can definitely mix — especially when you throw in karaoke, challah shaped like “4/20,” and your own hit song.
Hosted at a private location, the gathering was shared with fans courtesy of celebrity chef and cookbook author Jake Cohen, who posted a carousel of candid photos and videos the next day. His cheeky caption? “Later Seder 2025 xoxo The Jewish Joy Boys” — a playful nod to both the relaxed timing of the celebration and the sweet camaraderie of the evening.
Among the standout moments: Selena and Benny getting adorably cozy while belting out their duet Bluest Flame karaoke-style, looking more in love than ever as they laughed and sang along. Blanco even took over the DJ decks at one point, proving once again that he’s as comfortable behind a laptop as he is behind a mixing board.
The song, Bluest Flame, comes from the couple’s surprise collaborative album I Said I Love You First, which dropped March 21 — a project that fans didn’t see coming but are now fully obsessed with. The couple had teased the track just days before its release during a pop-up appearance at an A24 x IMAX screening of Spring Breakers in NYC — a clever bit of cinematic-meets-sonic marketing.
In a recent Rolling Stone interview, Gomez revealed that the album wasn’t just a passion project — it was a lifeline. “I was very frustrated and kind of confused on where I wanted to go next musically,” she admitted. Working with Blanco, however, gave her clarity and a fresh creative spark. “It helps that he knows a little bit about music,” she joked, adding that the collaboration felt refreshingly organic and unlike anything she’d experienced before.
This artistic synergy blossomed into a full-fledged romance, culminating in Blanco’s proposal to Gomez in December 2024. Since then, the couple has been inseparable — popping up at industry events, music showcases, and now, deeply personal family celebrations.
So whether they’re topping playlists or hosting sing-alongs at Seder, Selena and Benny seem to be building something real — a relationship rooted in mutual creativity, cultural celebration, and unapologetic joy.
Is it too early to call them music’s most unexpectedly wholesome power couple? Because this duo just might have earned that title.
