Cassie Ventura gave a detailed account of the physical and emotional toll Sean “Diddy” Combs’ notorious “Freak Off” parties had on her during her second day on the witness stand in the ongoing sex trafficking trial. She described how these wild gatherings left her suffering both mentally and physically.

During her testimony in Manhattan federal court, Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson asked Ventura about the medical problems she experienced due to the excessive partying. Ventura explained that she endured numerous stomach and gastrointestinal issues caused by drug use. She also revealed that the “Freak Offs” led to frequent urinary tract infections (UTIs) and painful sores on her tongue from the sexual activities, which she found hard to believe she had endured for so long.

Ventura recounted that the parties were not only filled with bizarre sexual acts but could also become violent. She recalled fighting back against Combs during their relationship but quickly learned that resistance only made things worse. The aftermath of these parties left her feeling “empty and gross.”

To recover, the two would often rely on IV drips, massages, and opiates. Ventura admitted that the opiates made her feel numb, which is why she became heavily dependent on them. She also testified that Combs threatened to release videos of her taken during the “Freak Off” parties as a way to silence her. She expressed fear for her career and family, calling the experience “horrible” and “disgusting,” emphasizing that no one should have to endure such treatment.

The trial, which began with opening statements on Monday, has featured emotional testimonies from other alleged victims. One particularly disturbing moment for the jury came when surveillance footage from a 2016 hotel lobby was shown, seemingly depicting Combs dragging and assaulting Ventura.
