New news about Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs always grabs attention. Recently, a judge allowed him to wear new clothes during his upcoming trial, according to E! News.
Diddy is now allowed to receive and wear non-prison clothing for court. However, there are limits on what he can have in his courtroom wardrobe.
The judge’s order says that Diddy can wear up to five button-down shirts, five pairs of pants, five sweaters, five pairs of socks, and two pairs of shoes without laces for his court appearances.
This isn’t the only change in his look—during a rare court appearance in March, Diddy showed off graying hair and a grey beard, wearing a beige jumpsuit, as courtroom sketches revealed.
For those who don’t know, Diddy is facing serious federal charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution-related accusations. He hasn’t pleaded guilty to these charges.
He recently asked the court to delay his trial from May to July so he could have more time to review the evidence, but the judge denied this request since the trial start date was near. The trial is set to begin with opening statements on May 12.
