Divorces in Hollywood often turn messy, and the split between Kelley Scott and Scott Wolf is a clear example. After more than 20 years of marriage, the couple quietly separated, but things quickly escalated. Their situation spiraled into court battles, police involvement, and legal restrictions. Recently, Kelley was taken into custody for a second time, and the court has now issued a strict no-contact order against her.
Kelley Scott has been banned from contacting her three children—Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11—and from communicating with her estranged husband, Scott Wolf. The court ruling comes after tensions between the couple intensified, partly fueled by Kelley’s social media posts about the situation. She must stay at least 300 feet away from Scott at all times. The only exception is for court-approved mediation related to their divorce or custody arrangements. Visiting the family home is prohibited unless police supervise, and Kelley has also been barred from consuming drugs or alcohol until her next court date. The restrictions aim to protect both Scott and the children while the legal process continues.
The no-contact ruling came after Kelley’s arrest on August 26, 2025. She faced charges for electronic communication harassment and disclosure of personal identifying information. These charges arose after she posted screenshots of a chat with Scott, which included his phone number. As a result, Scott received numerous calls and texts within minutes. According to reports, Scott argued that the disruption made it difficult for him to communicate with their children, which intensified the case.
The couple’s divorce battle began in June 2025, when Scott filed for divorce after 21 years of marriage, calling it the hardest decision of his life. Initially, they agreed to a temporary arrangement: Scott would have sole custody while Kelley was granted supervised visitation and limited communication. However, Kelley reportedly violated the terms, including attempts to access the family home, brandishing a knife, and publicly sharing details of the case, which only worsened the situation.
