The world of NCT is huge, with so many teams like NCT 127, NCT DREAM, WayV, and the rotating unit NCT U. With so many members, fans naturally want to know everything about them. But lately, some fans have gone too far, even following the members on their vacations and private schedules. Because of this, SM Entertainment has stepped in with a notice asking fans to stop.

The agency specifically asked fans not to give gifts or letters at airports. Airports are public spaces, crowded with travelers, and this kind of behavior disrupts others and violates the artists’ privacy. There have been incidents of fans trying to touch the members, take photos during security checks, or hand over letters in ways that make everyone uncomfortable. SM made it clear that from now on, none of these actions will be accepted at airports.

They also highlighted situations where fans, known as sasaengs, have interfered with the group’s flights, like changing schedules or booking tickets on the same flight. This causes problems for the members and their work, and the company may demand compensation if it keeps happening.

SM Entertainment reminded fans not to access private information or track the members’ personal plans. This includes not visiting dorms, waiting outside hotels, taking photos of their private life, or blocking company vehicles. The agency emphasized that following members during unofficial work or trying to approach them in private spaces creates serious security risks. They asked fans to respect boundaries and promised to do their best to protect their artists.
