Cassie Ventura’s mother, Regina Ventura, delivered a deeply emotional testimony in the federal trial against Sean “Diddy” Combs, shedding light on the alleged abuse and threats her daughter endured during their relationship.

In her testimony, Regina recounted a distressing incident from 2011 when Combs allegedly threatened to release explicit videos of Cassie after discovering her relationship with rapper Kid Cudi. To prevent the video’s release, Regina stated that she took out a home equity loan to pay Combs $20,000, fearing for her daughter’s safety.

Regina also described a confrontation in 2016, where she attempted to retrieve Cassie’s stolen phone from Combs. She testified that she called the police and tried to physically confront Combs to get the phone back
